I’m Holly Rose, founder of Floral Roots Marketing, dedicated to taking the stress out of marketing for businesses in construction and renewables across the South West and West Midlands who don't have a full in-house team.
I’m an award-winning Marketing Manager, with over 9 years of experience delivering high-performing campaigns across housebuilding and renewables.
Whilst I love all things creative and copywriting, everything I do is rooted in sales growth and business performance.
Across my career, I’ve led multi-channel campaigns, managed substantial marketing budgets, developed company wide guidelines, and supported both marketing and sales teams to deliver better results.
I’ve also been recognised as Marketing Manager of the Year for three consecutive years (2022–2024). I now support smaller businesses who already juggle a million tasks, have bursting email inboxes and simply don’t have time or the know-how to manage their marketing.
